Mk well convert to a fraction by placing the decimal number over a power of 10, In easier word, Convert to a mixed number by placing the numbers to the right of the decimal over 100 Reduce the fraction. Then, convert the mixed number to an improper fraction by multiplying the denominator by the whole number and adding the numerator to get the new numerator. Place this new numerator over the original denominator
