So KLM is similar to NOP. Based on that information and the diagram, it seems like side LM in the larger triangle is similar to side OP in the smaller triangle. We can find the ratio of the two triangles by simple division. LM has a length of 27, while OP has a length of 5. So, triangle NOP is smaller than triangle KLM by a ratio of 5/27. This allows us to find the length of side NO. We can take that ratio, 5/27, and multiply it by the length of the corresponding side, KL, which is 20. 20 * (5/7) = ??? That would be the length of side NO.
