These look like pretty basic algebra problems. All you have to do to solve them is to get the variable (the letter symbol) by itself on one side of the equation. In general, you'll want to take care of all of the addition and subtraction steps first, then take care of all of the division and multiplication When the variable is by itself (isolated), it will look like x = 22 and that will be your answer.
