There's no illustration so I'm going to assume each letter point of the triangle corresponds with one another in order. If H measures 60 degrees, then K will also measure 60 degrees. All angles in a triangle add up to 180 degrees. Try subtracting the known angles, 60 degrees and 25 degrees, from 180.

So you see the lines on each angle are being used to denote which angle corresponds with which. The ratio b:q is two lines on each triangle that are the same, so you need to find another line on each triangle that correspond with one another.
As a hint, these are the corresponding sides, (picture below) --- the ones with the same amount of lines on the sides are proportional - so just look at the choices then at the picture, and find which pair that matches up
