The song is the ending theme for an anime called Pretty Boy Detective Club or Bishonen Tanteidan, which just came out this season.
The image in the video is one of the main characters, Manabu Sotoin. Vocaloid's profile pic is currently the same character.
It's a pretty fun show, I've only seen the first 3 episodes, but I could definitely recommend it for the beautiful animation and the colorful cast of characters--not to mention the bopping soundtrack

Nice. First 3 episodes seem like a cohesive "prologue", after that the real story starts--but I'm not sure what comes next. Same, looking forward for more
