Count full squares, as a general rule when estimating, you might have some parts that are about 3/4 of a square and some that are 1/4 of a square, add them together for a full unit. doesn't have to be just 3/4 and 1/4. If something is like 7/8 and another is 1/8 you can also add them too, if its close: such as 3/4 and1/5 (around) just add them togehter, you will be fine. Then round to nearest ones
