I kinda hit a roadblock while doing my science, they are making for more than what I was provided and I don't even have the tools to do the assignment completely.

From what I've read they don't seem to be super picky about what you use as long as the model is accurate/makes sense

You could use construction paper/colored copy paper to cut out the enzymes and the matching substrates
