Write a short script (15–20 lines) that creates an imagined scene between two or three characters. The scene should show a universal theme, such as "friends help and defend each other” or "fights can last a long time.” Be sure to set the mood of your scene by using stage directions to show how characters should interact with one another.
One time there were 5 people on a trip together and they were in the middle of now where because the car broke down. And they heard noise coming from out of the bushes behind them so they were scared. But one of the men they were with wanted to be brave and try to go in the woods by himself so that's what he did. After being in the woods for 5 minutes trying to see u was creeping in the bushes somebody garbed him and snapped his neck. Then that's when his friends started to get worried because he ha been gone for to long. So they all agree to go look for him and when there was no sign of him they figured something was up. So they tried to call 911 and all the parents and stuff but it was no signal and some of there phones were dead. Then they heard the noise again and when they dead that's when a man with a chain saw , knife, and gun started chasing them and trying to kill and eat they flesh from them 1 by 1 after he had killed there friend.
You've written more of a story here. A script would be like: Billy: What are you doing? Steve: I'm working on writing a script. *Billy leans in* Billy: Oh I can see that now.
Stage directions are words in the script that describe an action e.g. *Billy leans in* or *Roger stubs his toe*
Just like Isry said, the format when you're writing a script is quite different from when you're writing a short story in prose. That being said, you can definitely take the idea you have for your story and adapt it into a script. For example, I can take the first few lines of your story, and as a script it might look something like: ... Scene: By the side of the highway at night, several friends are crowded around a broken down car Friend 1: So, how long until we can get some help out here? This was supposed to be a fun trip, but we've been stuck like this for the past half-hour Friend 2: I dunno, man, my phone isn't really getting service out here, so it could be---wait, did you hear that? *The friends strain their ears as they listen for the sounds coming from the darkness* ... Like, you could do something similar, but the point is you already have the idea for a story, so turning it into a script shouldn't be too hard.
