The numbers that involve dividing by 10 or some multiple of 10 are pretty simple. In that case, you simply move the decimal place to the left, by the same number of spaces as there are 0s in the denominator.
For example, 15/10 would be equal to 1.5, since you move the decimal point one space to the left, from 15.0 to 1.5. In the same way, 15/100 would be 0.15.
Using this method, you should be able to solve a good handful of the problems.
