*HELP* im in a times clutch right now and need 3 questions to be answered. ***(climax communities= has to do with the biomes mainly the plants that grow there and a few animals.)(biomes to focus on: temperate forest, tundra, tropical rainforest, taiga, desert, and grassland)*** question 1) which climax community is a little warmer and wetter than the tundra? what is its aproximante range of annual average temperature and annual precipitation? question 2) which climax community can exist within the broadest range of temperature? question 3) which climax community do you think would be found at an area near the equator that gets a lot of rain? Thank you to anyone who tries it!
For the first part of question 1, I'm pretty sure the Taiga would be a little warmer and wetter than the tundra. I'm not sure about the range of temperature and precipitation, but it'd be easy to look up... For the second one, I'm pretty sure that Deserts exist with the broadest range of temperatures. Very hot during the day, very cold after the sun sets. The area near the equator that gets lots of rain would definitely be the Rainforest. I mean, it's in the name. And most rainforests do exist around the equator, I think.
Also, here is some information about the Taiga for question 1, I think you can skim through to find the information you need about temperature and precipitation https://www.conserve-energy-future.com/taiga-biome.php#:~:text=The%20taiga%20experiences%20relatively%20low%20precipitation%20throughout%20the,the%20summer%2C%20but%20also%20as%20fog%20and%20snow.
OMG YOU ARE SUCH A LIFESAVOR!! thank you SM!!
