what happens when you mix water and milk is it watery milk or is it milky water

It would be Watery Milk, Because The Water Molecules are Combining with the Milk Molecules, And Since Milk is a thicker Substance The Milk would be the Dominant Part of the Substances combining, But This is just my Thought process, if anyone thinks I'm wrong you are more than Welcome to Correct me
