Match the two numbers with their least common multiple (LCM). Match Term Definition 8 and 4 A) 24 8 and 6 B) 8 8 and 10 C) 40
please answer
The Least Common multiple of two numbers is the smallest number that you can get by multiplying either of the two numbers by any other number. For instance, the LCM of 8 and 4 would be 8, which you can get by multiplying 8 by 1 and 4 by 2. That's the first one actually done for you. Can you try to work out the other two? I'll still be here if you need any more help
thanks you the best!

The GCF of 18 and 30 is ____. Numerical Answers Expected! could you help me with this one as well and also im already enjoying!
Sure, I can show you how to solve this kind of problem. One way to go about it is to start listing the multiples of each number and see which ones they have in common. For 18, we have: 18 36 54 72 90 108 126 144 162 180 198 216 234... And for 30 we have: 30 60 90 120 150 180 240 270... Out of the "common multiplies" we would pick the smallest one. That would be our least common multiple. So, what do you think the LCM of 18 and 30 would be?
^ just want to point out for the previous one, it's asking for the GCF not the LCM instead of listing multiples of 18 and 30, you should be listing factors instead
