It's good that you have a topic in mind.
The question also asks about what you already know; what do you already know about urbanization?
On the other end, are there any things you still have yet to learn about your topic, things you might have to find out: "What questions do you have about your topic?"
I think a mind map would be an appropriate way to "brainstorm problems or issues relating to" urbanization, so that sounds fine.
