You seem to have posted a statement without a question. I'm not sure what you'd like for us to contribute here, so the best I can do is guess. Is the question asking us to determine whether or not the statement is true? Or perhaps we're meant to explain the mechanism by which this happens? It could be possible we're meant to draw a Punnett Square or some other diagram to represent the phenomenon... Of course, without more information, it's impossible for any of us to provide good guidance regarding the question. A quick search on Bing turned up this result (it seems the question was a fill-in-the-blank type; luckily this was easy to clear up, otherwise it could have been quite confusing): "A cross involving true-breeding, red snapdragons and true-breeding, white snapdragons produce all pink offspring because both genes are present, neither being_________ over the other resulting in the____________ of the trait" For the first blank, we would want a word that is used to describe genes "covering" or "suppressing" other genes. A hint: it is the opposite of "recessive" For the second blank, we want a word with the same meaning as "combining" or "mixing" Please let me know if you need any more help with filling in the blanks.
