Why is Anarchy believed to be bad in most Countries?

Anarchy is without government, just think about it... without a government, there aren't regulations, without regulations anyone could do anything.. and anything... could be anything. The economy would also be a mess, and without a standing government making plans, basic food necessities might even be gone.

Even in the definition of anarchy "A state of disorder due to absence or nonrecognition of authority"  it says a state of disorder

imagine America without a president, Congress, the Judicial courts, police, jobs, workers, etc., because in complete anarchy, everything falls into pieces, shatters
