How do you get on level 10?

Your level is your smartscore, the small number by your profile picture
You can increase that number by doing a number of things, although it's weighted
Asking and answering questions affects the smartscore the most, boosting it up
Talking in chat and getting fans/testimonials will also increase your smartscore

Asking questions just to increase smartscore would be spamming, and your level would only go down..
