The first three options could be seen as rather unprofessional behaviors, so I do not think these are the examples we are looking for.
The last option seems pretty neutral to me; it's neither good or bad necessarily.
Personally, I think there's one option that stands out as "positive", especially considering the profession involved and the purpose of that profession... I wonder if you can identify it?
