What are three things you could do if you were asked to become an advocate for health and wellness?

One thing I would do is to help increase awareness about topical health issues; there are also many ways one could go about doing that, so this "one thing" could be split up into several topics for you to talk about, if you decide to go that route. And maybe you can think of other things that an "advocate for health and wellness" might do? What does that position, "advocate for health and wellness" mean to you? Thinking about it from that angle might help you find some ideas
