2wavytay:

Find a rational number and an irrational number that are between 9.5 and 9.7. Include the decimal approximation of the irrational number to the nearest hundredth. (10 points)

Vocaloid:

terminating decimals are always rational, so you could pick something like 9.51, or 9.55, or 9.6, etc. as the rational number. Irrational numbers are a bit harder to come up with. An easy way would be to look non-perfect square roots. ex: square root of 91 and 92 are irrational, and can be approximated as 9.54 and 9.59, respectively.
