Solve this riddle i came up with after doing this lesson in math :3 first to guess will get a medal

There are two plants with the casual plant parts such as the leafs and the stem and so on. the first plans last part works 100 percent. the second plants las part works 10 percent. both of the plants final parts collect nutrience and water. what is the second plants last part. (i know its kinda confusing but its hard to find the right words lol XD)
