505:

You have decided that you are ready to start a fitness program. Why is it important to set short-term and long-term goals? How will you keep track of your progress toward reaching your goals? Why is it important to reflect on your progress?

Vocaloid:

Please do not copy-paste my response. In general, a goal is some kind of result or quality that a person strives for. An example could be "losing weight" or "getting stronger." Short-term goals, like their name suggests, are goals meant to be achieved in a shorter time. Ex: lose 1 pound this week. Long-term goals are goals meant to be achieved in a longer time span. Ex: lose 20 pounds by graduation. Both of them are important because they give people something to strive for or accomplish in some time frame. They keep people motivated and result in people being happier/healthier when they're accomplished. People usually track their goals/progress through writing or making pictures. It's important to reflect on progress to understand what actions you're doing well, what you could improve on, and what to remember for the future.

505:

Thank you I'll look over it but can I use some of your ideas?

Vocaloid:

Yes, you can reference the ideas/knowledge, just don't copy-paste

505:

Okay, thank you.
