For the states of matter question, I do not think "solids" is the answer you want. While it's technically true that all particles are constantly vibrating or moving in some way, I think the question is hinting at another state of mater, where the particles are in contact with each other but still able to move around past each other. In a solid, the position of the particles are more-or-less fixed relative to one another. Organic chemistry would study organic compounds. I think this means compounds containing Carbon, so that could be a hint towards the answer you want for that question. Those are the only issues I could find with your answers. You may want to get a second opinion, considering that I am not a real scientist :)
