\(\frac{2}{3}\) miles per minute __ miles per hour an hour is 60 minutes \(\frac{2}{3}\) miles per minute __ miles per 60 minutes You multiply 1 by 60 to get 60 minutes, so you multiply \(\frac{2}{3}\) by 60 to get the miles \[\frac{2}{3}\times60=\frac{2}{1}\times20=40\] So it's choice C 40 mph
