Alright, sounds good. I know a bit about China, so I'll tell you some of what I know. The foods eaten in the country can vary widely from region to region; of course, rice is a staple, and people from many areas also enjoy eating noodles and dumplings, since these foods can have cultural significance. In most of China, people speak Mandarin (it is the official language), although there are other dialects of Chinese, including Cantonese, which are also used. Some noteworthy Chinese holidays include the autumn Moon Festival, Lunar New Year, Dragon Boats Festival, Grave Sweeping Day, and you may research those if you like. As mentioned, there are lots of countries in Asia, including Korea, Japan, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and many more. Each of these countries have many unique aspects to their cultures, so you'll have no shortage of information to research. In order to avoid being overwhelmed, might I suggest narrowing your focus somehow?
