Combine like terms 5y−5y 2−5+2+2y+3y 2 −1

SmokeyBrown:

In this question, you have two types of terms, terms which contain "y" and constants, which do not contain a variable. Also, you have "y^2" terms, which can combine with one another through addition/subtraction. Combine all of the "y" , "y^2", and all of the ordinary number terms to get your answer: (5y + 2y) + (-5y^2 + 3y^2) + (-5 + 2 -1)
