Well for me there is many ways that work for me. You could go for a jog or run or play sports that you enjoy doing. Just do physical things that you enjoy doing and that puts a smile on your face. Its not really much more than that.
The types of sports or activities someone chooses to do will depend on their physical abilities/skill level, their fitness goals, and their personal preferences. Consider what kind of activities you enjoy and what you hope to accomplish (could be anything from building muscle to strengthening your heart and lungs to just feeling good about yourself) and that should help you decide what kinds of activities might work well for you. For example, I enjoy brisk walks and light jogs along with some low-impact weight exercises; someone who wants a more interactive workout might choose to participate in a team sport; it all depends on what you're looking for and what you're comfortable with
