Assess, identify, and write about the most recent causes of change within each of the dimensions of the external business environment.

I picked the restaurant industry. My textbook still hasn't come in so I'm just assuming based on some quick research that these are the five main dimensions of the external business environment.

Economic: Has greatly affected small businesses financially (forcing them to close doors due to lack of sales), and induced shortage of workers (which leads to distribution shortages through warehouses).
Social: ??
Global: ??
Technological: When reopening procedures began, restaurants had to introduce filtered air systems throughout restaurants to entice the public to go back to dining in.
Competitive: When lockdowns happened, restaurants introduced “curbside services” to promote sales in a socially-distanced manner. They also promoted this to encourage guests to visit their store as opposed to competitors.

Basically need help on identifying social & global dimensions.
