Your client is a corporation, Pros, who is working with another corporation, Cons, to build an office building downtown. Cons has started to force Pros to use their subcontractors, none of whom speak English and all of whom appear to be under the age of fifteen. Cons has required Pros to include the hire of their subcontractors, and they plan to enforce this contract in court. Which legal issue is raised above? illegality unconscionability fraud duress
What do you know about the age restriction they put on the work field?
The government put a law out for the work force that states you have to be over 16 to get a job, and sometimes 15 they might hire, if its like mowing lawn.
i find the course dumb they dont really ask qustions so im not sure. although u can start a buisness at 14 is youngest ive seen
Yes you can start your own, but TO be hired you have to be certain age. Now what answer states that they are either forcing them to sign a contract or forcing them to do something they don't want to?
use the system of elimination, to get rid of answers that wouldn't make sense.
