A. "Using enough cleaner will eventually kill all bacteria." B. "Using more than 15 mL of cleaner will not kill any more bacteria." C. "The cleaner is ineffective in killing bacteria." D. "30 mL of cleaner must be used to most effectively kill bacteria."
B, because the chart shows 15 mL was used and had the same outcome of 30 mL. Basically the chart is telling you, 15 m: is enough. Using 30 would be a waste.
