Can I get Feedback on a small Poem I wrote?

The sun rises, Just as it sets
Time comes, Just as it goes
It's the same with everything
Even if I wish it wasn't
So it's only logical that
Love comes, Just as it goes
You can fall in love
And you can fall out of it
You can be a person's everything
And then you can destroy their heart
Be careful with your actions, Your words
A heart is fragile, And once it's broken
It'll never heal properly again
Even though some of us are born with our hearts broken
It's still the same
Be careful...
