How do the authors of The Declaration of Independence use structure to develop the argument that the king of England has abused the colonists? by explaining the causes behind each of the king’s actions and the effects on the colonists by contrasting the king’s treatment of British citizens with his treatment of the colonists by listing the negative effects of the king’s actions from least to greatest impact by describing each of the king’s crimes in a single sentence set apart as a paragraph

Looking back on the Declaration, it has a simple idea: that all people are created equal. I believe it isn't just describing each of the King's crimes, but stating what it had done against the people. What would be your second guess, thinking on the purpose of the Declaration?
