He says that if you can just forget what’s been done to the country, ask yourself this. Has your house been burnt? Has your property been destroyed? Are your wife and children destitute of a bed to lie on. Are they destitute of food to love on. Have you lost a parent or child? If you answered no to these then you have no right to judge the people who answer yes to these questions. If you did answer yes to these questions but still are able to forget it, you are unworthy of being called husband, father, friend, or lover.
