complaining is good because sometimes its nice to get stuff off your chest. Everybody needs to vent a bit sometimes. But sometimes someone can take it the wrong way and get upset. Try to make sure you explain anything you say is in no way meant to hurt them before you do start.

example, if you were to rob a bank and complain about being guilty that is a bad complaint, or complaining about building a dam where beavers live that is a good complaint
