how do you get more points on your profile? im new here sooo

Take a look at your profile, You'll see three section levels. The first one says "Teamwork". You get teamwork points by fanning people and giving them a testimonial. The second section says "Problem Solving". You get those points by answering questions. Make sure you answer with an explanation and not give a direct answer :). The last says "Engagement". You get engagement points by talking to others either in chat or in private messages. And there ya have it! You can also give medals when you feel like someone gave you a good answer.
