Why is Global Warning spoke about a lot, but nobody really does anything to stop it?

They know a lot about global warming but sometimes they don't always have realistic things they can do to "stop" it

people are doing stuff to help stop global warming, but theres not enough people helping because most of us is lazy and would rather see the world die then help keep it alive, its sad, i know, but its true.

Personally, I think it's because we're not willing to accept the change we need to make to stop it. Stopping global warming would mean we'd have to stop using hair products, fossil fuels, ect. Humans have gotten too comfortable and don't want to give up that comfort.
