Gucchi:

Janet and Nadia each play basketball. Nadia has won twice the number of games Janet has. Is it possible for Janet to have won 10 games if the sum of the games Nadia and Janet have won together is 24? Yes; Janet could have won 10 games because 3x = 24. Yes; Janet could have won 10 games because 2(10) is less than 24. No; Janet could not have won 10 games because 2x ≠ 24. No; Janet could not have won 10 games because 3x ≠ 24.

Gucchi:

Am I right with D?

Gucchi:

Haileybailey:

i'd personally choose B or D. So perhaps

carmelle:

Yes that would be correct. Since Nadia won twice as much she'd win 20 games. And its kinda impossible for Janet to win only 4 games. Therefore, the answer would be D

carmelle:

idk if that made sense ;/

Gucchi:

thank you yh it does make sense

carmelle:

alright and yw
