If humans breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon, why don't we suffocate in carbon?
We breathe it out, We don't breathe it in?
You basically answered your own question
But, wouldn't we eventually breathe all the oxygen in and put more carbon into the atmosphere? I am literally asking here.
So, What happens when you breathe out the carbon dioxide, is what your asking?
Sure, closest I will get to the actual question..
Okay, So when we exhale the carbon dioxide which was originally oxygen, in a short little explanation is basically diffuses into the lower layers of the atmosphere and is absorbed by plants which helps the photosynthesis process, so basically it helps make glucose for the plants. Sorry, Not a very good explanation but..
It's good enough for a medal, thanks Astro!
