this is a non school related question but im panicked and i need help! I went to sleep one night, and woke up at about 5:00. Im pretty sure i was awake because i could feel conciousness. (im aware of misspelled words) But i felt paralyzed and i saw strange movement. is this normal! I would ask this on another site but this is the only one i currently trust.

Sleep sleep paralysis
Darfangel:
maybe
AddyM:
probably
AddyM:
Sleep paralysis is a feeling of being conscious but unable to move. It occurs when a person passes between stages of wakefulness and sleep. During these transitions, you may be unable to move or speak for a few seconds up to a few minutes. Some people may also feel pressure or a sense of choking

It could be sleep paralysis, or you might have ghosts in your home. One might have been forcing you down on your bed or something. You have to be aware of paranormal stuff like that. Has anyone that you know of stressed you out or maybe died recently
in your home environment?

that's probably the cause you should try doing things to help relieve your stress and this that help you unwind before you go to bed

im going to do a bit of research on this right now and tell you what i find out
hailey1:
@QueenMidnight16 It's something paranormal. Maybe a demon or a dopplegänger.
QueenMidnight16:
i could have done that in the first place but i wanted to hear the opinion of other people rather than reading it off a website
QueenMidnight16:
ok some reasearchers state that the shadows are hallucinations caused by partialy being in the dream world
QueenMidnight16:
thanks for clarifying this. this was a very traumatizing experience.

That's good. Getting others' opinions can be a great thing. Especially when one of them could be a paranormal investigator. I'll add Zak Bagans to my contacts and copy the message you typed.
Darfangel:
I dont mess with demons and ghost and crap
Darfangel:
that stuff creepy for real
QueenMidnight16:
im going to close this question now alright?
