Stress is dealt with in many ways. It really just depends on your personality and what you like. For example how some people like to throw knives or do yoga, others may like to cook or in my case make YouTube videos and destroy things with my teeth. If I were you, I would find something I really liked doing, that also keeps me calm. You could also try aromatherapy, I find the scent of lavender and vanilla very relaxing.
