Normal fluctuations in mood are normal, but if you think they’re happening too often or too severely, you can consider lifestyle changes, or medication if your doctor recommends it. https://www.healthline.com/health/rapid-mood-swings

Icyhot:

Mood swings can be harmful to both you and people around you, yes. But they are a thing that's hard to control. They are natural, for example, in pregnant women. They are result of a hormone imbalance. You can take medicines for them, but I don't recommend it. The medicines can lead you to a feeling of hopelessness, like anti-depressants. They do help with feelings and balancing hormones and such, but they can also have a bad affect on the user. I recommend first trying to talk about the issue with a healthcare professional. Then consider taking the medicines-but only when recommended by said professional.
