a manufacturer sells a product for $5 per unit. the manufacturer variable costs are $3.50 per unit, and the total cost of 50 units is $1000. how many units must they produce each day to break even?

i thought it was 3.50x+1000=5x which comes out to 666.6=x but i dont think thats right
