You become a Graduate rank once you have at least one of your SmartScore categories at Green level, 90 or higher.
Perhaps the user chats way more than they ask questions or help, and their Engagement (aka the easiest one to raise) is above 90. I am curious to see who this is, though.
Couldnt it also be getting like the super-librabrian thingy?

Yes, the more questions you may answer in math you can get a title once you get a certain amount of medals in the math subject. It is the same for all subjects in question cove.
