I think every county has their own sort of technology. Maybe the upper part of canada doesn't have much technology because of how little populated it is.

Countries that would have the most population should have technologies including Russia, US, and UK.

I believe that at least all countries have at least a little bit of technology, maybe not as much in small countries without many people.
