The purpose  of school is to give children/teenagers chances to learn to gain more abilities to get some jobs.

The role of the teacher is changing into one where they do not just teach, they take care of students mental and physical well being. The teacher role is changing to have some more aspects of friendship yet still balances with the responsibility with discipline like a parent child relationship. We can help teachers through this by raising their pay as this role changes, as well as doing kind actions to them to help them through this. Lastly you can help teachers by behaving and trying your hardest in classes.

We help students discover their passions by allowing them access to clubs/classes that they can unlock these hidden passions by interacting with.

We can adapt our curriculum to have online resources/online "Games" to get students to interact more and become more interested inside of it.

The teacher takes care of our well-being and our studies. While taking care of their own. They also learn from the teacher.
