take a deep breath maybe count to 10 and realize that everything is going to be ok

Take deep breaths, or walk away from the situation. Don't let your anger get the best of you, try to control it, let god in your heart, or pray about it and see if god will help you(if your that religion) try to resolve the situation as well. If you talk to your friends about why you are angry it can also help you, and i hope i helped you!
