i agree with this

AN0NYM0US:

It does not abide by the law so no it isn’t illegal, you need a person to confess, or an alibi of some sort.

i confessed what i witnessed. they still suspended me

AN0NYM0US:

where you late on confessing?

FantasticlyArtsy:

No. They called me up there during homeroom

FantasticlyArtsy:

then another time in science class

FantasticlyArtsy:

then in my last class of the day

AN0NYM0US:

did you tell them the truth all three times?

FantasticlyArtsy:

yes

FantasticlyArtsy:

the third time was for me to wait for my dad to pick me up

AN0NYM0US:

then you shouldn’t have gotten suspended with no proof unless you lied 🤥, so if you had an alibi you don’t need to be suspended. That is the main thing in having to tell the truth you need an alibi.

Lazorwolf64:

The bottom line is, yes, the school can suspend your student based upon the statement of another student. Unlike the adult criminal justice system, a school does not need proof beyond a reasonable doubt
