lately, I've been feeling strange
I tryna maintain my focus like mainframe
don't know if I should tame myself or go insane
I pray to god to keep me safe
and give me some better ways

People keep telling me I need to get a grip on my life
But it will never be perfect Nor just right
Got a lot of things I cant to say
But people always tell me it will be ok
So I hold it in deep and I don't speak
Holding it so long, it's gotten hard to breathe
Got so heavy had me drowning
try to keep smiling but somehow ends up frowning


I try to focus but the pain keeps attack me
I'm running track but I'm on the wrong track
Learned to keep my mouth closed is the only I can keep everything unknown
