it is asking to graph the functions. you cannot add the function and the domain together. first, graph g(x) = x + 3, but since the domain for that function is x <= 4, only graph the function at x = 4 and less same logic for the second one: graph g(x) = (-1/2)x + 9, but only for x greater than/equal to 4
