Sorry if this is too late For each point, look at the x-value, determine which part of the function to plug it in, and see if you get the corresponding y-value. For the first point (0,1) your x = 0, which is between -1 and 3 and thus falls in the second function 2^x. 2^0 = 1 so (0,1) is on the function. Ans then you repeat with all the other points.
