If antimatter is created when we create matter, and when met in equal parts they obliterate everything by creating pure energy. how are we still here, and where did the antimatter go?

I had to read this twice to somewhat make sense of it. I don't know who told you it "disintegrated" without leaving a trace. energy does not just disappear it can be saved for a certain amount of time, but it will eventually require release. matter is not destructive... they could not bond together either because when bonded they create adverse energy.

It is possible that the antimater could be distant enough to not affect us, most likely most of the anti-matter ended up becoming consumed by black holes...

The BBT was "supposed" to create equal parts matter/antimatter, but that wasn't the case the question isn't why do we not have antimatter, or how do we create it, no. The question is where did it all go.
